Grease-lubricated bearings should avoid any part of the bearing with cotton material when changing the grease, because these small fibers may be into between the rolling parts and cause damage, especially for small bearings. Pay attention to this problem. When inspecting the bearing, the exposed bearing should be covered. Never expose the bearing in a polluted or humid environment. If work is interrupted, the machine should be covered with greased paper or plastic sheet or similar material. If it is possible to perform inspection without disassembly bearing, bearing is cleaned by a brush with petroleum solvent , and then wiped dry with a lint-free cloth or dried with compressed air (Be careful not to start the bearing assembly to turn).
